2. An automatic fire suppression system is installed around the fueling area. This system features a dual-mode capability (utilizing both dry chemical powder and foam) and activates rapidly within just 0.2 seconds.
3. The internal piping network is equipped with fire-resistant and explosion-proof couplings that automatically seal upon exposure to high temperatures, thereby preventing fuel leakage and halting the spread of fire.

The entire fueling station features a fully enclosed, skid-mounted structure containing internal fire-isolation compartments that segregate the fuel storage area, the dispensing operations zone, and the control room. These isolation compartments are constructed from high-strength, fire-resistant steel plates, effectively preventing the propagation of fire between different sections of the facility.

Standard models occupy a footprint of only 25 to 50 square meters. Their compact layout allows them to adapt to various site constraints while simultaneously ensuring compliance with necessary fire safety clearance distances.

1. Critical components - such as the fuel storage tank and main pipelines - are fabricated from reinforced, fire-resistant 316L stainless steel. These components undergo rigorous fire-resistance testing as well as pressure testing (certified to withstand internal pressures up to 1.5 times their standard operating pressure).
2. The fuel tank features a double-walled structure with an interstitial layer filled with fire-retardant thermal insulation material; this design ensures the structural stability and integrity of the inner tank, even when exposed to the extreme heat of a fire.
3. The skid-mounted chassis itself has undergone comprehensive anti-corrosion and rust-proofing treatments, enabling it to withstand a wide range of adverse weather conditions-including extreme temperatures (ranging from -30°C to +80°C), heavy rainfall, and sandstorms.

This fireproof gas station supports both fixed-site installation and mobile deployment:
Stationary Configuration: Once positioned and connected to a power source, the unit can be rapidly commissioned and put into operation.
Mobile Configuration: Equipped with heavy-duty tires and a tow hitch, the unit can be flexibly relocated between temporary construction sites or emergency fuel supply points as needed. This Fireproof Gas Station is equipped with an intelligent fire safety monitoring system that integrates temperature sensors, smoke detectors, and flame detectors to provide continuous, real-time surveillance of the entire site's safety status, 24 hours a day.
Upon detecting any potential fire hazard, the system immediately triggers audible and visual alarms while automatically cutting off the fuel supply lines and power source, and simultaneously activating the fire suppression system.
Furthermore, the system supports remote alarm notifications and fault diagnostics via a cloud-based platform, enabling managers to stay fully informed of the site's safety status at any time.

The fueling system features a high-precision flow meter (with an error margin of no more than ±0.15%) and a high-flow fuel pump. With a single-nozzle flow rate ranging from 60 to 100 liters per minute, the system is fully capable of meeting the fueling demands of passenger cars, trucks, and heavy construction machinery.

The user interface features a touchscreen design with bilingual prompts in both Chinese and English, supporting a variety of functions such as preset-quantity fueling and prepaid fueling.
Routine maintenance is straightforward, requiring only periodic inspections of fire safety equipment and filter cleaning; consequently, both operational and maintenance costs remain relatively low.
