Product Safety Design
Anti-Static Grounding Interlock
The fuel pump will only start after the operator attaches the anti-static grounding clamp to a metal part of the vehicle and the system verifies that the grounding resistance meets safety standards. If the grounding is inadequate, the system automatically locks out and forcibly prevents refueling, thereby eliminating the risk of static sparks.


Emergency Shut-off Device
Highly visible red emergency stop buttons are located on the dispenser and the unit housing. In the event of a spill, fire, or medical emergency during refueling, the operator simply presses the button; the system instantly cuts off all power and fuel flow, forcibly halting operations.
Automatic Shut-off (Anti-Overflow)
The fuel nozzle features a built-in automatic shut-off mechanism. When the fuel level reaches the nozzle tip, the nozzle automatically clicks off, preventing fuel from spilling onto the operator or the ground and averting potential fire hazards.

Features a built-in multi-stage composite precision filtration system (including coarse filters and high-precision micron-level filter elements) with filtration accuracy reaching 5–10 microns (μm). It effectively captures moisture, rust, and tiny particulates from the fuel, significantly extending the service life of the engine's fuel injection system and core components while reducing maintenance frequency.
Reliable Leak-Proof Design
All pressurized connections utilize oil-resistant fluororubber O-rings and precision argon arc welding, combined with a redundant sealing structure. Before leaving the factory, the unit undergoes dual testing-hydrostatic pressure (at ≥1.5 times the rated operating pressure) and airtightness-to ensure "zero fuel leakage," even under conditions of high pressure and high-frequency vibration.
Materials and Protection
The housing surface undergoes deep sandblasting for rust removal, followed by a coating of epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat (or hot-dip galvanizing/electrostatic spray coating). This effectively isolates the unit from humid air, salt spray, and chemical corrosion, ensuring long-term durability without rusting or cracking in harsh outdoor environments. Key internal components-including the pump body, valves, and oil circuit parts-are made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to fuel-induced corrosion.
