Mobile Diesel Filling Station

The entire system is built on a steel base platform, with the methanol storage tank, transfer pump, flow meter, dispenser, explosion-proof control cabinet, and safety accessories all mounted on a single skid. All piping connections, electrical wiring, and control logic are pre-fabricated at the factory, eliminating the need for on-site secondary construction. A product identification plate is located on the front of the skid, clearly indicating the equipment type and function.

A separate unloading area is located on one side of the skid, equipped with unloading piping and connections to safely transfer methanol fuel from tanker trucks to the storage tank. Prominent warning signs mark the area, clearly defining the operational zone. The unloading piping features shut-off valves and static grounding points to ensure safety and control during the unloading process.

The equipment is equipped with an explosion-proof electrical control cabinet; a safety warning label reading "Do Not Open While Energized" (in both Chinese and English) is affixed to the cabinet cover. All explosion-proof mating surfaces and cable entry devices are manufactured to meet the Ex db IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof rating, ensuring safe operation in environments containing methanol vapors. The power supply must be disconnected before opening the cabinet cover for routine maintenance.

The dispenser is mounted on the front or side of the skid and features a metering display panel and a nozzle holder. The operation interface displays real-time instantaneous flow, cumulative dispensed volume, and preset quantity values, allowing operators to control the process and read data on-site. Signage indicating "No Smoking" and safe operating instructions is placed in the area surrounding the dispenser.

The transfer piping connecting the storage tank to the dispenser is constructed from 316L stainless steel and is routed neatly along the skid base. Shut-off valves, pressure relief valves, and nitrogen purge connections are installed at critical points within the system. Piping connections utilize flanges or compression fittings to facilitate on-site maintenance, disassembly, and inspection.

The skid is equipped with a dedicated static grounding terminal, with additional independent grounding connection points provided at the unloading area and the dispenser location. The grounding system must be connected prior to equipment operation to ensure the timely dissipation of static charges generated during the process, thereby preventing fire or explosion accidents caused by static accumulation.
