Explosion Proof Dispensing System
Designed for global coastal, island, and high-humidity marine environments, the entire Explosion Proof Dispensing System - including the tank, piping, valves, and fasteners - is fabricated from AISI 316L austenitic stainless steel. It utilizes pickling-passivation processing and dissimilar metal isolation technology to completely shield against salt-spray corrosion from sea air.
The equipment complies with IECEx and ATEX international explosion-proof directives, achieving a rating of Ex d e ib mb IIA T3 Gb or higher. Integrating oil storage, unloading, refueling, vapor recovery, leak monitoring, and explosion-proof control, it is widely used in coastal ports, offshore platforms, islands, and ocean-going vessel refueling operations.

Intelligent Monitoring System (Fully Integrated Control System)
Equipped with a magnetostrictive probe (accuracy ±0.5mm) for real-time display of liquid level, oil temperature, and tank-bottom water level.
Features an interstitial leak detection system; triggers immediate audible and visual alarms and automatically shuts off the oil pump if oil or water leakage occurs in the interstitial space. -
High-Strength Support Base
The base is constructed from welded 316L rectangular tubing and features seawater-resistant, anti-slip grating. It can be directly loaded into standard 20ft or 40ft containers for rapid international maritime transport.
