Double-walled oil tanks must be equipped with a leak detection system. The entire leak detection system must be constructed according to scientific and standardized procedures, and the classification of leak detection systems is clearly defined. This can be verified through leak monitoring methods.
The tank body material must meet industry inspection requirements, and the wall thickness must meet the standard.
Double-walled oil tanks must meet the required appearance technical inspection standards, including surface curing tests, surface resistivity tests, lug strength tests, outer tank physical property tests, resin content tests, physical and chemical performance tests, and through-gap pressure tests.
Double-walled oil tanks must meet internal vacuum tests, including water filling tests, internal pressure tests, external pressure tests, leakage tests, and soil load tests.
Double-layer oil tanks should be accompanied by nameplates, quality certificates, product certificates and other standard nameplates and documents indicating the technical standard parameters of double-layer oil tanks when leaving the factory.
